• Now, you have to move your QB company file to a different location on your computer and after that, you are required to reset your Sync Manager.
• In order to move the QB company file to a different folder, first of all, browse through your computer and choose a new location where you want your file to reside.
• In the new location that you have chosen, make a new folder.
• After creating a new folder, navigate to the location of the file or folder that you wish to copy or move.
• Highlight the item that you want to move to the new location.
• Press Ctrl key and C key on your keyboard simultaneously to copy the item or press Ctrl key and X key on your keyboard simultaneously to cut the item.
• After that, you have to go to the new location and paste the copied item thereby pressing Ctrl key and V key on your keyboard simultaneously.
• Now, in order to reset the QuickBooks Sync Manager, you have to firstly open your QB.
