QuickBooks is a widely used accounting software that helps you to keep track of your income and expense. Sales Invoicing

When it comes to sales it’s one of the most important parts of any organization. Invoices help us to keep a record of Income that you make from your sales.

How to Create an Invoice?

To create an Invoice Simply Click on Customers from the drop-down menu under your home screen, once you see the drop-down list select Invoice than you can select the customer and product for whom you are writing the Invoice.

Expense Billing

Recording the expense in QuickBooks is very easy you can simply enter a bill to record an expense.

How to Enter Bill?

To enter the bill in QuickBooks Go to the Vendor from the top menu bar once you click on the vendor you will see a drop-down list from where you need to click on the center bill. Then you can select the product that you are going to bill for once it is done you can click on save and close.

Money Management

Money can be managed easily In QuickBooks. QuickBooks provides you the online banking service so that you can do the online transaction through your QuickBooks Directly. To do the online banking you just need to connect your bank account with your QuickBooks. With the help of online banking, you can do the direct deposits to your vendors. And if you want you can download the bank transactions into your QuickBooks to reconcile your monthly transactions.

How to setup online Bank Account in QuickBooks?

To setup the online banking your computer must be connected with the Internet. To add the bank account, you need to go to the Bank feed from the top menu bar then click on Set Up Bank Feed for an Account. Once you click on that you will see a new window to select your bank “If your bank is listed there it’s good or else you can search your bank name by typing here”. Once you enter your bank name you will see a window to login to your bank under QuickBooks enter your credentials to setup online banking.

  • Reporting: QuickBooks reports are a set of Instructions that displays data from your company file. In QuickBooks, you can access All available reports through the QuickBooks Reports Menu. Reports help you to Identify and analyze your profit and loss and your yearly report. There are hundreds of reports that you can run in your QuickBooks. Basically, in QuickBooks, you can run two types of reports first one is Accrual basis and second is cash basis.
  • Accrual Basis: In Accrual accounting, shows the time when you enter a transaction and the time when you actually pay or receive cash maybe two different events.
  • Cash Basis: In cash, basis expenses occur at the time when you actually receive payment or pay a bill.
  • How to go to Reports: From the top menu bar click on reports and then you can select the report which one you want to run.
