» First, one would need to subscribe to QuickBooks Online.
» Afterwards, you need to prepare a backup for your QB Enterprise files. Then, you will need to restore the backup to make a second copy. This way if anything goeswrong in the process, you have at leat the original copy secure with you.
» Next, within the home screen, open QB Enterprise Solutions.
» Afterwards, you need to press Ctrl+1 to make Product Information Window open.
» Now press Ctrl+b followed by Ctrl+q.
» Click on the OK button now to close the window that contains Product Information.
» The screen in the bottom will automatiocally come up. If it does not happen, repeat Step 2 once again.
» Now, put in your QuickBooks Online login information and then click “Agree” on the page where it states all the terms & conditions related to the mentioned service. Then click Submit.
» Now choose the online service provider firm to which you would like to subscribe to, and would import your data into.

» Click on Reports in the left navigation bar.
» Now select the All Reports Tab, followed with clicking on the Manage Payroll button.
» Now, click on Paycheck List from the list of reports.
» After the report page has opened up, pay stubs that you want to be printed are to be selected using the checkboxes.
» Now, you may open “Print to Open the PDF” window in a new tab.
» You can now save the PDF to print it later on.
» Firstly, you need to login to your QuickBooks Online account.
» Then, you will have to select QuickBooks Online company options.
» Now, select your account.
» Click on the “edit billing info” option.
» Now, choose cancel subscription from the “subscription status” tab.
» Finally, you will have to click on the “Continue Cancellation” button to complete the whole process.
